ACCOMMODATION
The news that everybody has been waiting for is that accommodation bookings are now open. The list below shows Motels etc. where we have room allocations held. Please book NOW by ringing the very efficient team at Launceston Travel Centre on Free Call 1800 651 827 quoting Model A Ford Club.
International entrants call 61 3 6336 3133 or email travelcentre@launceston.tas.gov.au quoting Model A Ford Club. The rates quoted have been negotiated by Launceston Travel Centre for the Model A Ford Club of Victoria (MAFCV). A deposit of $100 is required for each booking and full payment to the Launceston Travel Centre is required NO LATER THAN 14 February 2010. Locations are shown on the “Accommodation Map” and the “City Map” attached to this Newsletter.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation booking cancellations made through Launceston Travel Centre are subject to the following refund policy:
12 months or more prior to the Event

3. All costs are per room, per night unless indicated otherwise.
4. Please obtain written booking confirmation from Launceston Travel Centre and ensure that the details are correct.
