Bay to Birdwood Vintage Car run for the 26th year  2006
About 1,500 vintage vehicles hit the road in Adelaide as part of the Bay to Birdwood Run.This year was the 26th year that pre-1956 cars have driven the 70-kilometre route from Glenelg in bayside Adelaide, to the National Motor Museum at Birdwood, west of Adelaide. The general public line the 72-kilometre route - many people sit there with their picnics on the side of  the road and wave  the cars  past as  they show  their enthusiastic  for the event.  Below is  just a few  of the vehicles that took part.
